Data Protection/GDPR Policy - outlines what information we collect about you, how it is used, and what your rights are regarding this information.
Safeguarding/Child Protection Policy - outlines how we as a school are dedicated to ensuring and protecting the welfare of the children/young people that attend our school.
Health & Safety Policy - outlines how the school manages their responsibility to ensure the Health and Safety of pupils, teachers, and visitors through developing safe working practices.
Fire Evacuation Policy - outlines how the school has a plan in place to react to a fire should it occur in order to prioritise the safety of pupils, staff, and visitors while evacuating the building.
Digital Communications Policy - outlines how members of The Heights will communicate via digital media, including an approach to social media and email guidelines.
Allergy Policy - outlines how we as a school are committed to creating a safe environment for members of our school with allergies, particularly with regard to anaphylaxis. Includes details of prohibited food items that we ask pupils not to bring in order to protect our school members with allergies.
Anti-Bullying Policy
At The Heights we have a zero-tolerance bullying policy applicable to all pupils, parents, and staff. To the right, please find a copy of of our anti-bullying policy, made with direct input from our pupils. Below is a simplified version of these rules, designed to be more accessible to our younger pupils.
